    Hi Joy,

We live a rural area and don’t have good internet connections always. Can your program be done?

    Hi Kelli,

Thanks for your inquiry about my program and your internet connection.

I need to ask you a few questions about your hopes for what I might be able to provide for you and your family, and so will email you to protect your privacy in this matter.

Look for an email from me soon.

    Kindly,
    Joy

    Hi there,

    How can I contact Joy?

    thanks

  • rasha ,

I’ve read most of the related articles with my situation but I feel I would like more of a one on one or perhaps a call to discuss my issue. An email perhaps? It’s the strangest thing…I’m a singer…but when my friends ask me to sing on the phone to them or infront of them I answer with ….ummm later….or one day…why do I do this? And sometimes I’m listening to a song and I know the words but I don’t sing a long to it and I become shy like im a different person….how do I be me, even around ppl…is it a confidence issue? its been years ….and I’ve done music videos and have no problem infront of a large audience but have an issue when not on a stage? pls help?

  • Joy ,

Rasha, I put a link in the message you sent after this one.

I’d be happy to help you,

    Rasha,

Thank you for your questions and for trusting me with them.

A voice is a tricky thing, isn’t it? Shyness can happen when we least expect it and makes no sense at all.

There’s a short answer for why: your voice reveals everything about you.
Your voice is the one thing that allows you to share your most private and important thoughts, feelings and perceptions with the world, and that means that it makes your vulnerable. So, when you are on a stage or in front of a camera, there’s a distance between you and the audience. When that distance is gone, the vulnerability increases.

Believe it or not, I could barely look at people and speak to them at one point in my life, so I get where you are coming from.

Okay, with all that being said, here is how you can contact me if you would like to do a private voice evaluation.

It’s not as hard as you might think to conquer shyness in a more “close up” situation.

    Meanwhile, read this article.

I’m here to help you figure out how to get over this.

  • Amy Jung ,

Hi! I’m searching for an online singing program for my homeschool and I came across your site. I’m curious about what I see here. Would your 3 month program be the homeschool program or is the homeschool program different? Thanks-Amy

  • Singing Master ,

    Hi Amy,

Thanks for asking about my online singing program, Fearless Voice Power. And yes, that is the course that is referenced in the Homeschool article.

The advantage to the program is that if you purchase it the entire family can log in and take the lessons.

And my apologies for not seeing your message sooner. I was in the middle of a major move to Baja, Mexico and was not able to take care of comments until now.

If you are still interested in the program for your family, I’d be happy to answer any other questions you might have.

    Thanks,
    Joy
